Well, it looks like "rag on Mike week", and I'll just throw my 2 cents in. I'll not comment on T2 performance, will just chip in re. engineers and logs 'n such. I doubt that engineers are able to account for all the variables that can be found in the real world.. otherwise buildings would never collapse under snow load, cars wouldn't be recalled, children wouldn't choke to death on little plastic doodads that fall off toys (which are then recalled). I bet the engineers used these same wonderful programs you mentioned too. Now, unless these same programs are used, the results don't count? Tell that to a child who is turning blue and seconds from dying. A person doesn't have to be an engineer and have fancy spreadsheets to make comparisons and even design things. The human brain is a wonderful instrument and able to accomplish the seemingly impossible. AFAIK, the pyramids were built without CAD and the knowledge of the professionals of that time would probably pale when compared to those of this time (I'm not talking religion, ethics, etc.). Whatever, I just feel it to be an insult to intelligent people to claim that thier conclusions/results are invalid because they don't have a degree and don't do computer modelling. ...Willy.
